Cancellation Policy: Requests to cancel or modify tickets must be submitted in writing to our concierge team via the online cancellation form, email (concierge@cherryhillpark.com), or text (240-484-8917). No phone or in-person requests accepted. Failure to submit results in a "no-show" with no refunds, even if part of the group attends. Fees for requests - 24 hours prior to check-in: No fee; Between check-in and 24 hours before ticket date: $10 per ticket; Inside 24 hours prior to ticket date: 50% of ticket cost. *
