What the heck is a glamping pod? Think of it as an upgraded tent - with climate control, built-in beds, and inclusive resort-style amenities - that turns rainy days from soggy to cozy. Try a totally unique camping experience just minutes away from Washington, DC!

Each glamping pod includes:

  • electricity and A/C

  • built-in beds with included linens

  • picnic table

  • fire ring & charcoal grill

  • free streaming-quality WiFi

  • shared wash stations near each pod

  • access to a nearby bathhouse

  • access to all of our resort-style amenities

Glamping pods open on March 15 & close November 15.

Policies

Cancellation: See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time for pods is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Guests may extend their stay until 6pm on the day of departure for an additional $75, subject to availability. Late check-outs are not permitted on holiday weekends.

Code of Conduct: All guests and visitors are required to follow the Cherry Hill Park Code of Conduct during their stay.

Damage Deposit: Damage deposits are managed via our Credit Card Pre-Authorization Policy.

Min/Max stay: 2 night minimum stay (3 night minimum on select holiday dates); 7 night maximum stay.

Parking: All glamping pod rates include parking for 1 vehicle. Each extra vehicle adds an additional $7 one-time fee to the base rate.

Pets: Pets allowed ONLY in Glamping Pods 108 & 110 for a $25 per pet per night (plus tax) fee. Guests must abide by our Pet Policy.

Smoking: All glamping pods are non-smoking. Guests must abide by our Smoking Policy.

Tax: A 13% sales and occupancy tax will be applied to the base rate.

Visitors: Daytime visitors are allowed, with required pre-registration, in accordance with our Visitors Policy.
