A list of our rates per night for all types of sites and rental units. Prices are listed as a nightly cost per night. We do not have long-term rates or pricing, weekly rates, or monthly rates. Policies are also listed here, including policies on refunds, cancellations, cancellation policy, smoking, visitors, deposits, minimum stays, fees, and our credit card pre-authorization policy.

2018 base rates

All rates are nightly. We do not offer weekly or monthly rates.

Each extra guest and/or vehicle adds an additional $5/night to the base rate.

All base rates include 2 people and 1 vehicle.All RV & Tent rates include tax. A one-night deposit is required to confirm your reservation. No pets allowed in tent sites. Maximum stay in a tent site is 7 nights.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in and check-out times are both 11:00am. Guests may choose to extend their stay until 6pm on the day of departure for an additional $50, assuming that their site has not been reserved by someone else.

Discounts: 10% discount for active military, veterans, Good Sam, AAA, AARP, FMCA, NAARVA, CAA, FQCC, and KOA for RV & tent sites only (no discounts on rental units).

Storage: We do not offer long-term storage and have very limited availability for short-term storage. For short-term RV or trailer storage only, you may contact our office at (301)937-7116 to see if a special consideration can be made.

Rally Rates: We offer rally rates. Please contact us at info@cherryhillpark.com to set up a visit.

Each extra guest and/or vehicle adds an additional $10/night to the base rate.

All base rates include 2 people and 1 vehicle. 2 night minimum stay for all rental units except cottages (3 night minimum). A one-night deposit is required to confirm your reservation. All rental units are non-smoking. A damage deposit applies to all rental units. Pets allowed ONLY in Premium Log Cabins #1, 2, 9, and 10 for a $50 pet fee.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time for all rental units is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am.

Policies 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

RV & Tent Sites: Upon reserving a site for a guest, Cherry Hill Park will collect the first night's total as a deposit that will count towards the cost of a guest's stay. If a cancellation is made prior to 48 hours before the date of scheduled arrival, most of the deposit will be refunded, but Cherry Hill Park will keep a $10 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made 48 hours or less before the date of scheduled arrival, Cherry Hill Park will keep the amount of the deposit in full. Guests are welcome to transfer their reservation to another date rather than cancel it; if the reservation is transferred, no cancellation penalty will be applied.

Rental Units: Upon booking a rental unit, Cherry Hill Park will collect the first night's total as a deposit that will count towards the cost of a guest's stay. Rental unit deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable - in case of a reservation cancellation or transfer at any point, Cherry Hill Park will keep the amount of the deposit in full.

Pet Policy

Dogs/pets are allowed in RV sites, in Glamping Pod 108, and in Premium Log Cabins #1, 9, and 10 ($50 pet fee applies to cabin and glamping pod stays). Pet owners are expected to abide by all policies described in the Cherry Hill Park Code of Conduct. Pets are not allowed in any of our tent sites or in any of our rental units with the exception of Premium Log Cabins #1, 2, 9, and 10. Guests with unreported pets in rental units will lose the full amount of their damage deposit. 

Smoking POlicy

All rental units and indoor spaces are non-smoking. Any guest who smokes in a rental unit or a public building will lose the full amount of their damage deposit.

Visitors Policy

All visitors of guests staying in the park must be registered with the main office. Upon arrival, visitors must check in at the main office and acquire a visitor's pass. For security purposes, visitors must provide the site number and name of their hosts to the office staff; office staff cannot provide names of guests staying at the park or their site numbers. A fee of $5 per visitor applies. Visiting hours end at 10:00pm. Maximum of one carload of visitors per site/rental unit. Registered guests are responsible for their visitors, including any minors in the party, and will be held responsible for any damage caused by visitors registered under their name. All visitors must adhere to the Cherry Hill Park Code of Conduct. Cherry Hill Park is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or visitors, or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Credit Card Pre-Authorization

At the time of check-in, Cherry Hill Park will pre-authorize all credit cards in order to enable guests to charge incidentals to their site or rental unit. This pre-authorization is NOT A CHARGE. It will appear on a guest's total as a pre-authorization, and may temporarily affect credit limits on that card. A charge will only be applied if a guest purchases incidentals such as cafe meals, tour tickets, souvenirs, etc. While we strongly encourage utilizing pre-authorization, guests may opt out at the time of check-in. Guests who opt out will not be able to charge items to their site. 

For guests staying in rental units, a pre-authorization will be applied in case of any damage to the unit. Rental unit guests may not opt out of this pre-authorization.
