Each of our 3 cottages is a full-sized vacation home, with free Wifi and inclusive resort-style amenities. They’re perfect for family camping, work retreats, tour groups, and more - all right outside of Washington, DC!

Policies

Accessibility: Accessibility varies between different cottages; for detailed information, see our Accessibility Guide.

Cancellation: See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time for all cottages is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer late check-outs for cottages.

Code of Conduct: All guests and visitors are required to follow the Cherry Hill Park Code of Conduct during their stay.

Damage Deposit: Damage deposits are managed via our Credit Card Pre-Authorization Policy.

Min/Max stay: 3 night minimum stay; 21 night maximum stay.

Parking: All cottage rates include parking for 4 vehicles. Each extra vehicle adds an additional $7 one-time fee to the base rate.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in cottages. For a pet-friendly option, consider our Premium Log Cabins.

Smoking: All cottages are non-smoking. Guests must abide by our Smoking Policy.

Tax: A 13% sales and occupancy tax will be applied to the base rate.

Visitors: Daytime visitors are allowed, with required pre-registration, in accordance with our Visitors Policy.
