Turkey Trot at cherry hill park

We are celebrating all things fall with a Turkey Trot weekend! The main event is a 5K race around the campground, and we’ll be raising money for a local charity along the way. A golf cart decorating contest and parade, plus a family movie night, will round out the fun.

8:15am: Race Registration (Pavilion)
9:00am: Race Start Time
1:45pm: Golf Cart Decorating Contest (Pavilion)
2:00pm: Golf Cart Parade
7:30pm: Family Movie Night (TV Lounge at the Clubhouse)
turkey trot 5k race:
Arrive at 8:30am to register. Registration is free for all overnight guests, and includes your race number and a souvenir button.
Costumes are encouraged! We are giving out prizes for both the top 2 times and the best 2 costumes!
Golf cart Decorating Contest:
To enter, present your golf cart in the parking area behind the Pavilion at 1:30pm on Saturday. Carts that have not entered the judging area by 1:45pm on Saturday, November 8 will be disqualified. Your site number must be easily visible on your cart while in the judging area. Prizes will be given to:

We will begin the golf cart parade from the judging area at 2pm. All are welcome to join.
Food bank donations:
We will be collecting canned goods and other non-perishable food to donate to a local food bank. Participation is optional, but we’ll be making a matching cash donation for each item collected!
